Warmth needs boundaries.
These plain-language rules guide the interface and moderation system. Qualified counsel must approve final policy language before launch.
Share original expression in your own words. Inspiration does not grant permission to reproduce protected work.
What you may share
Original text-only stories and poems based on your own feelings, memories, interpretations, experiences, and imaginative ideas, subject to the final content-safety rules. The launch community is for adults age 18 or older.
What you may not share
- Copied or closely reproduced lyrics, recordings, videos, artwork, official photographs, logos, signatures, interviews, books, liner notes, or prose.
- Material you do not own or have documented permission to publish.
- Harassment, threats, doxxing, impersonation, unlawful content, or private personal information.
- Misleading claims that the site or a member is affiliated with Taylor Swift or related rights holders.
Moderation
Every submission and substantive edit is reviewed before publication. Decisions may include approval, changes requested, rejection, temporary hiding, removal, restoration, or a takedown hold.
Reports and appeals
Reports must be specific and made in good faith. Final policy will state response targets, appeal eligibility, and review ownership.
Repeat infringement
The final Terms will include a reasonably implemented repeat-infringer policy and a defined copyright notice-and-takedown process.
